Safran DSI Delivers 53-Foot Advanced Mobile Telemetry Trailer to Bell Textron

Safran Defense & Space, Inc. (Safran DSI), a world leader in instrumentation and telemetry solutions for flight test campaigns and operational aircraft, has delivered a new 53-foot telemetry trailer to Bell Textron Inc., a Textron Inc. (NYSE: TXT) company, providing a highly mobile and advanced telemetry capability.
Safran DSI’s Testing & Telemetry team collaborated with Bell and the trailer manufacturing partner to define the trailer’s design and key features.
The result is an expandable platform optimized for space utilization and mission efficiency to support upcoming telemetry operations. The trailer was delivered in February 2026. This marks Bell's third telemetry trailer and its first new trailer in more than 20 years.
Safran DSI Testing & Telemetry continues to broaden both its solution portfolio and technical expertise. Beyond traditional instrumentation and telemetry hardware and software, the team has invested in new capabilities to address evolving customer requirements, including a Mobile Telemetry Rack and a Multi-Channel Telemetry Modulator.
